I am in the middle of a late autumn foliage tour of Shenandoah, the Great Smoky and Blue Ridge Mountains. My first destination was the driving through Skyline Drive of the Shenandoah National Park and here is a image of a tree showing the golden colors under the late afternoon sun light.
