“Big Tree” in Redwoods National Park in California
This “Big Tree” is located along Newton Drury Scenic Parkway in the Redwood National Park. It stands about 300 feet (100 meters) tall with diameter of 21.5 feet (6.5 meters) and circumference of 68 feet (20.7 meters) and is estimated to be approximately 1,500 years old.

We visited Bombay Hook National Wildlife Refuge near Dover, Delaware last week, primarily to see and photograph many hundreds of great white and snowy egrets. They usually gather near marsh, wetland or shallow waters for catching small fish, frogs, etc.
