Lake Tahoe made the news in the last few days because the Caldor fire has swept arcoss South Lake causing massive evacuation of home owners and tourists. I hope it has not destroyed the beauty of the lake. We visited the Lake exactly 10 years ago at my niece’s wedding. I had heard the beauty of sunrise at Emerald Bay. so one morning we got up early and drove over there. We were not disappointed! On the way, I even got some beautiful pictures of the Lake at dawn.
