We stayed at Munising, MI on Lake Superior for four days as a base to tour the Upper Michigan Peninsula, especially to explore the foliage in Hiawatha National Forest. But first to tour the nearby Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore anf Laughing Whitefish Waterfalls.

Thank you, Jane. It was a wonderful trip for my first visit to Upper Micigan Peninsula. Pictured Rocks Lakeshore is a beautiful natural scene – I egret I did ot take a boat tour to see the rock formation closer. Yes, I love to take backlit shots to show the colorful leaves.
