Pileated Woodpecker

Talking about being lucky, I happened to look out from our dining room with my camera in hand yesterday and saw this rare and beautiful pileated woodpecker perching on a dead branch in my backyard woods. I quickly snapped 3-4 pictures before he/she flew away.
