Redwoods National Park in Northern California

We toured Redwoods National Park near Eureka, California for three days this week. These giant redwoods are just totally awesome and one can not truly appreciate their beauty and greatness until taking a stroll in the trails. The first two days we did not see the sun but dense fog and mist that to me, provided great photo conditions and on the third day as we were driving along a scenic byway the sun suddenly appeared and we were lucky to stop the car at the right spot to capture the magical sun rays coming through the thick fog in the woods.
