Red Bus of Glacier National Park

One special vehicle catches everyone’s eyes on the Going-To-The-Sun Road and anywhere in the Park is the Red Bus. There is a fleet of about 30 buses conducting tour of the Park. These buses were built in the 1930’s by the White Motor Company in Cleveland, Ohio. The Company built 500 of these buses for almost all the western National Parks but only Glacier National Park spent money to renovate and restore these buses.
