Snow Geese is almost over this winter. With relative warm winter they seems to leave this area for their breeding ground up north in Arctic Regions earlier. I am glad we took our second trip to Middle Creek about a week ago. I took so many pictures and took me quite a while to go through all of them. Here are a few I’d like to share with you! Hope you enjoy viewing them.

    shungphotography says:

These snow geese came to Eastern Shores (Delaware, Maryland and Virginia) every winter and in March they all gather in Middle Creek lake in Pennsylvania on the way back to their breeding ground in Arctic Regions (with stops in NY State and Ontario, Canada). The peak number was estimated to be 115,000 this year. It is an extraordinary experience to witness the “lift off”, the sight and the noise both! Thank you for visiting my blogs and appreciate your comments!
