Our next destination of the Upper Michigan tour was a day trip to Door County, WI then entering Michican by staying overnight at Escabana. We began to see the fall colors here.

Chicago River Walk
Our second stop on the way to Upper Michigan Peninsula was the Windy City Chicago. We enjoyed the River Walk that provided great opportunity to appreciate many magnificent skycrapers of Chicago.
Indiana National Sand Dunes Park
We drove about 3,000 mile in the past 17 days to tour Upper Michigan Peninsula for fall leaf peeping. Our first stop was the newly designated National Park, the Indiana National Sand Dunes Park on Lake Michigan shore.
