We had special guests came to town for few days, so I made a special Spanish Seafood Paella for dinner yesterday. I used shrimps with shell and head, mussels, baby scallops, squids, etc. But first I presented mussels steamed in garlic and wine sauce as appetizer. Somehow a glass of cold beer went very well with the meal in the warm spring evening. Cheer!
