Oculus Transportation Hub, World Trade Center, NYC

We visited Oculus Transportation Hub for PATH trains and numerous subway lines near World Trade Center in New York City earlier this week. Oculus structure designed by Spanish architect, Santiago Calatrava is the replacement of the PATH terminal which was destroyed on 9/11 2001. The new structure opened in 2016 is an amazing architectural masterpiece both inside and outside appearance. One of the most attractive pieces is the wing of the dove formed by series of steel canopies and as if is released from a child hands, symbolized peace and hope. We also toured Ground Zero and as I was taking pictures, I could not help but with a deep sad feeling on that day of 9/11 in 2001.
