I took a day trip to Shenandoah National Park yesterday. The fall colors along the Skyline Drive were brilliant. However, the colors on some of the distant mountains have not fully developed yet – may be another week.
I took a morning walk at the Maryland side of the Great Falls and the tow path of C&O Canal yesterday. The air was cool but fresh and the autumn colors were brilliant.
