While visiting our daughter’s family in Wichita, Kansas, we visited the city’s beautiful botanical garden yesterday. We particularly enjoyed the indoor butterfly garden and the lotus and waterlily pond.

I went back to Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens yesterday (2019.6.29). Thousands of lotuses are blooming in peak conditions and are simply gorgeous. Hope they will last for at least two more week when the Annual Lotus Festival will be held.
Dragonflies at Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens
Dragonflies seem to go with the lotuses all the time especially in the steamy summer days. There were lots of them at Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens when I visited there last Sunday, June 23rd. I enjoyed shooting them.
