Bald Eagle and Nest Building

I’ve taken photo of bald eagle catching fish from the river below Conowingo Dam previously but to capture an eagle picking up a big tree branch and fly over to the electrical transmission tower for nest building was new to me to photograph this morning.

  1. I’m on the other side of the country (Seattle) and get to see eagles often…but I’ve never seen them flying with big branches! What a great thing to see! Thanks for sharing!

      That was an unusual scene to see and photograph. I did capture another one recently but just not as spectacular as this one. Thank you for visit. BTW, I love Seattle, Olympic National Park and Palouse Region.
