Flowers, Photography

Carroll Creek Park at downtown Frederick is such a pleasant place to walk around in late afternoon. We did just that after the early dinner yesterday. Water lilies were blooming beautifully.

  1. Photos of flowers usually disappoint me because they are typically soft, fuzzy and blurry .. but this collection is very pleasing.

Thank you David for your kind comments. I guess it’s a matter of style for different photographers.

I did not use the macro lens on these shots. Instead, I used 80-300mm lens on my Olympus Mirrorless camera.

Thank you very much for sharing. I am very surprised that you can have photos taken like these today. This morning we had the most serious flood  since we moved here in 1975.  Probably we had more than twelve inches of water in two hours. Cleaning has been a very big job for me today. Hopefully I will have a nice sleep tonight. Lien-fu Huang

I shot these images yesterday afternoon. It’s been raining all day here until about an hour ago but no flooding for us. Take it easy for clean up!
