We started our week-long drive tour to peep the fall colors of the wonderful state of “Almost Heaven” West Virginia several days ago. Our first stop was Blackwater Falls State Park in Davis. Although we have been here a number of times but we really luck out to witness the peak fall colors this time. The views of the Blackwater falls and the canyon view from the Lodge and Lindy Point Overlook were just splendid. We also did a returned trip to Dolly Sods Wilderness.

Stunning!
Thank you!
Beautiful pictures.
I also like to take pictures this time of the year.

Thank You, Enjoy!
Stunning colours! Don´t really what to say. In the warmer climate now a days we hardly can get this show in south Sweden anymore.
Thank you so much! I’m surprised to learn from you that South Sweden does not get the colorful autumn colors like this – global warming!?
Yes maybe, and no cold nights yet.
Absolutely gorgeous. I plan to visit some of the beautiful state parks in West Virginia very soon. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you! You should come in the coming week or next week to catch the peak in Blackwater Falls areas as well as Coopers Rock State Park, my second stop. Hopefully, I’ll have some thing to share later.
