Coopers Rock State Park and Forest near Morgantown was our second stop of the foliage tour. On the way to Morgantown, we visited Swallow Falls State Park in Maryland. Muddy Creek Falls and Swallow Falls were beautiful.
Coopers Rock Overlook provides great panorama view of the canyon.
