Our last stop of the week long West Virginia foliage tour was Hawks Nest State Park. We stayed at the lodge for three days for tour the park itself, the nearby Babcock State Park for Grist Mill and the New River Gorge areas including New River Bridge, Grandview and Sandstone Falls. We were pleasantly surprised the outstanding view of from our room – I took many pictures during the early morning and late afternoon.
