It was cool and pleasant, for change these hot summer days so I took a morning walk at Carroll Creek Park in downtown Frederick yesterday. Water lilies and lotuses were blooming so beautifully that I have never seen before. There were also plenty of dragonflies flying around for the photographers’ delight. I used my 600mm telephoto lens so was able to get some nice close-up shots.
